Workshops Offered

1. Healthy Relationships/Dating Violence: Up to nine, 40-50 minute sessions for grades 6th-12th. These workshops focus on healthy relationships, how to identify unhealthy relationships and analysis real life situations.
2. Dating Violence/Healthy Relationships: Up to four, 40-50 minute sessions for grades 6-12 This workshop is a condensed version of workshop #1.
3. Respect and Healthy Relationships: Up to six 40-50 minute sessions for 3rd-5th graders. These workshops focus on defining respect, addressing different forms of bullying, and appropriate responses.
4. Defining masculinity and femininity: Up to six, 40-50 minute sessions for grades 11-12 discussing how society and media have framed masculinity and femininity and how these constructions have contributed to violence. These workshops allow students to address and challenge gender stereotypes.
5.Self-defense for girls, women & special populations. A two-hour introductory self-defense class. The workshops are taught by veteran self-defense trainer Cheryl Cesta. Workshops can be arranged for after-school or in the community.
6. College Presentations: We can provide a guest speaker for college classes, dorms, special events, etc...
